The Second Letter of Paul to the Thessalonians


The fourteenth book of the NT, and a Letter similar in content to 1 Thessalonians. The focus of this Letter, however, is more on clearing up a false impression that the “day of the Lord” had already come (2Thess 2:1-2). Readers are told that other things must happen first, including the appearance of someone called the “lawless one” (2Thess 2:3).
